Projekt som har potential att påverka utvecklingen av regleringar och styrmedel. Syftet är att minska klimat- och miljötrycket från tillverknings-, gruv- och metallindustrin. Universitet, högskolor, institut, företag, näringslivsorganisationer, offentlig sektor och ideella organisationer kan söka. Minst tre projektparter ska medverka varav minst en industriaktör Maximalt bidrag är 1 500 000 kr per projekt. Vinnovas bidrag får uppgå till högst 80% av projektets stödberättigande kostnader. Projekttiden är maximalt 14 månader.
