Dit project heeft als doel om het beheer en de opvolging van het openbaar domein te optimaliseren en efficiënter te organiseren. Met dit project voorzien we een efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke software om het beheer van het openbaar domein te ondersteunen door gebruik van mobiele toestellen. Via de applicatie kan een beheerder, opzichter of aannemer de digitale inventaris up-to-date houden vanop het terrein. Een correcte inventaris zorgt voor correcte bestekken, offertes en planningen. De communicatie tussen stadsdiensten onderling, en tussen stadsdiensten en aannemers kan via deze toepassing efficiënt en met minder fouten verlopen. Dit project zal bijdragen aan een meer data gedreven en transparante organisatie. De toepassing wordt geïntegreerd met de huidige GIS data-architectuur, waardoor interne publicatie via Geo-IT GIS en rapportage via PowerBI gewaarborgd blijft. De opdracht bestaat uit 2 fasen die we als aparte mijlpalen zien en die elk hun eigen deliverables hebben. Deze
