Bakgrunn og føremål Luster kommune inviterer til konkurranse med forhandling om anskaffing av samspelsentreprenør for utvikling og gjennomføring av nytt helse- og omsorgssenter i Gaupne. Anskaffinga omfattar ein samspelsentreprise i to fasar. Fase 1 omfattar utvikling av prosjektet fram til eit avgjerdsgrunnlag med tilhøyrande forprosjekt, målpris og framdriftsplan. Fase 2 omfattar detaljprosjektering og gjennomføring av prosjektet. Fase 2 er ein opsjon som oppdragsgivar einsidig kan velje å utløyse.
