Er dienen 2 liften vervangen te worden in het gebouw Brouwershof waar we 21 serviceflats hebben. Er zijn reeds 2 bestaande liftschachten waar de huidige liften dienen in te passen. De kooi moet zo groot mogelijk zijn, binnen het huidige volume van de schachten. Het is de bedoeling om de liften tegen 31/12/2026 volledig geïnstalleerd, gekeurd en operationeel te hebben.
