Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Beratungs- und Planungsleistungen zur Optimierung, Fortschreibung und Begleitung des ganzheitlichen Krankenhaus-Logistikkonzepts für das Gesundheitsquartier, unterteilt in die Bereiche Neubau und Bestand sowie chronologisch in Phase 1 (Interims-Logistikkonzept) und Phase 2 (Ziel-Logistikkonzept). Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst fünf aufeinanderfolgende Leistungsphasen (LPH), die sich ausschließlich auf die vorliegende logistische Fachplanung beziehen und nicht mit den Leistungsphasen der HOAI zu verwechseln sind: - LPH 1: Grundlagenermittlung & Bestandsanalyse (IST-Analyse, Schnittstellen-Check Bau/Logistik, Projekttrennung) - LPH 2: Logistik-Masterplan & Prozessoptimierung (Fortschreibung Grobkonzept, Technologie-Vertiefung u. a. RFID, Drohnentransport, Rohrpost, AMR, Terminschiene, Kostenschätzung) - LPH 3: Detailplanung & Systemfestlegung (Detailkonzept, BPMN-Prozessmodellierung, Lagerdimensionierung) - LPH 4: AMR-Testlauf, TCO-Betrachtung & Vergabevo
