Die Ausführung umfasst die Aktualisierung der Gebäudeautomation im Inselbereich mit 99 Informationsschwerpunkten (ISP) mit ca. 19.008 physikalischen Datenpunkten sowie ca. 2.089 virtuellen Datenpunkten. Der Endausbau (voraussichtlich bis 2038) umfasst nach aktueller Planung ca. 215 ISP mit ca. 60.000 Datenpunkten mit ca. 265.000 BACnet Objekte. Betroffen sind die Feld-, Automations- und Managementebene entsprechend den technischen Funktionalforderungen (Teil 5, 6 und 7) der aktuellen Fassung der Zentralen Dienstvorschrift Gebäudeautomation A1810/32, Anlage 5.2 "Handbuch Gebäudeautomation (HB GA)". Auf dieser Grundlage werden auch die Anpassungen an notwendigen Räumlichkeiten, Aufstellorte usw. vorgenommen. Dies umfasst weitere Gewerke wie Hochbau und die technische Gebäudeausrüstung. Diese Gewerke sind nicht Bestandsteil dieser Ausschreibung.
