Le présent marché vise la désignation de prestataires de services en vue de l’analyse de risques incendie de bâtiments, essentiellement destinés au logement, des Sociétés de Logements de Service public en Wallonie (hors Communauté germanophone), en ce compris les parties communes d’un bâtiment (circulations, locaux techniques) et, le cas échéant, les fonctions annexes (bureaux, salle polyvalente, parkings enterrés ou couverts, etc.). Le « bâtiment » est défini comme « unité bâtie continue, physiquement délimitée formant un ensemble homogène distinct des constructions adjacentes ». La mission vise à faciliter la gestion de la prévention incendie des immeubles à appartements appartenant aux Sociétés de Logement de Service Public et à proposer et chiffrer les moyens de lutte à mettre en place pour améliorer les situations qui le nécessitent.
