Im Auftrag der Medizinischen Fakultät wird folgende Beschaffung durchgeführt: Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojektes „KOMPASS – Kombinierte Plattform für Substanz- und Systementwicklung“ soll die mikroskopische Forschungsinfrastruktur um zwei leistungsfähige Systeme für die hochauflösende und dreidimensionale Fluoreszenzbildgebung erweitert werden. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines konfokalen Laser-Scanning-Mikroskops sowie eines Light-Sheet-Mikroskops einschließlich der jeweils erforderlichen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten, Bildaufnahme- und Auswertesoftware, Rechnersysteme, Zubehör sowie Einweisung bzw. Applikationstraining. Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei Losen. Los 2 – Light-Sheet-Mikroskop Beschaffung eines Light-Sheet-Mikroskops für die schnelle dreidimensionale Fluoreszenzbildgebung biologischer Proben. Das System soll insbesondere für die schonende volumetrische Bildgebung von lebenden 2D- und 3D-Zellkulturen, Gewebeproben und weiteren biol
