UZ Leuven wenst over te gaan tot de aankoop van twee contrastinjectoren ter ondersteuning van de IRCC activiteiten binnen het ziekenhuis. De opdracht omvat de levering, installatie, configuratie, opleiding, ingebruikname en technische ondersteuning van twee nieuwe contrastinjectoren inclusief alle noodzakelijke hardware, software, toebehoren en dienstverlening die vereist zijn voor een veilige en efficiënte klinische exploitatie gedurende de volledige levensduur van de systemen. De aanbestedende overheid streeft hierbij naar een oplossing die niet uitsluitend gebaseerd is op de laagste aankoopprijs, maar die de beste verhouding biedt tussen kost, klinische waarde en beheersing van operationele risico's. Daarom wordt de beoordeling uitgevoerd volgens een geïntegreerde Cost-Value-Risk benadering waarbij onder meer rekening wordt gehouden met de totale levensduurkost, technische prestaties, patiëntveiligheid, workflowondersteuning, innovatie, duurzaamheid en leveringszekerheid.
