Es werden die Leistungen vergeben der Objektplanung Gebäude, § 34 HOAI und Anlage 10 zur HOAI, LPH 3-9 sowie Fertigstellung der LPH 1 und 2 für den Neubau eines Vereinsheimes und Umbau eines Gebäudebestands im Untergeschoß einschließlich des Abbruchs des oberirdischen Gebäudeteils. Zudem vergeben werden weitere Besondere Leistungen aus dem Bereich der Architekten-Leistungen.
