Cos'è L'incentivo prevede contributi per la promozione della musica. A chi si rivolge Si rivolge alle imprese produttrici di fonogrammi e videogrammi musicali di cui all'articolo 78 della legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633. Le imprese interessate al riconoscimento del beneficio fiscale ed in possesso dei requisiti di cui all’articolo 3, comma 2, del citato D.I., dal 1 gennaio al 28 febbraio 2024 possono presentare la domanda on line utilizzando, all’interno della piattaforma DGCOL, la modulistica per il riconoscimento del tax credit musica. Cosa prevede Si prevede un credito di imposta pari al 30% dei costi eleggibili, per costi sostenuti anno 2023.
