1. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung Gegenstand ist die Beschaffung von Microsoft-Lizenzen für die bestehende On-Premises-Infrastruktur in der jeweils aktuellen Version. Die Beschaffung umfasst ausschließlich die Lieferung der Lizenzen einschließlich der erforderlichen Nutzungs- und Lizenznachweise. Beratungs-, Migrations-, Installations-, Betriebs-, Managed-Service-, Support-, Hosting- und Softwareeinführungsleistungen sind nicht Bestandteil. 2. Vergabeverfahren und Vertragsgrundlage Auf Grundlage des geschätzten Gesamtauftragswertes ist ein EU-weites Vergabeverfahren vorgesehen. Die Vergabe erfolgt als Offenes Verfahren gemäß §§ 14 ff. VgV. Maßgeblich sind insbesondere GWB, VgV und EVB-IT Überlassung Typ A. 3. Leistungsumfang und Mengengerüst Pos.
