Deze opdracht betreft het slopen van diverse constructies in de voormalige weekendverblijvenzone Roebos en het natuurlijk herinrichten van vijvers, gelegen in de Eksterstraat en de Van Thienwinckelstraat in Zichem Scherpenheuvel-Zichem). Het gaat in totaal om een 10-tal constructies waaronder weekendverblijven, bergingen, carports en dergelijke. De vijvers worden ingericht als meer natuurlijke vijvers en alle betrokken terreinen worden maaiklaar afgewerkt. De werkzone is te bereiken via de Van Thienwinckelstraat langs de oostzijde en via de Steenweg op Messelbroek vanaf de westzijde. Na afwerking van het terrein wordt een afrastering geplaatst in functie van beheer en toegankelijkheid. Aan de rand van de werkzone wordt ook een uitkijkplatform aangelegd, wat voorbijgangers een uitzicht biedt over de afgewerkte zone.
