Beschaffung eines Isothermalen Titrationskalorimeters (ITC) nebst Installation und Systemübergabe vor Ort. Im Rahmen der Forschung dient das Gerät der Charakterisierung von Protein-Ligand- und Protein-Protein-Interaktionen in der Enzym- und Proteinentwicklung. Hierbei sollen Enzyme, Rezeptoren und Bindungsproteine hinsichtlich ihrer Affinität und Bindungsspezifität gegenüber Substraten, Cofaktoren, Photokatalysatoren, regulatorischen Molekülen oder anderen Proteinen untersucht werden. Diese Interaktionen müssen im Rahmen großer Variantenbibliotheken und kombinatorischer Protein-Ligand-Ansätze quantitativ erfasst werden. Die Automatisierung des Geräts ist hierfür zwingend erforderlich, da die geplanten Messreihen einen hohen Probendurchsatz erfordern und manuelle isothermale Titrationskalorimetrie für diese Anzahl an Proben nicht praktikabel wäre.
