Es ist die Pflanzung von 70 Straßenbäumen und 15 Bäumen entlang eines Fußweges sowie von 35 Obstbäumen im 3. BA des Erschließungsgebietes vorgesehen. Das neu erschlossene Wohngebiet liegt in der Trinkwasserschutzzone III A. Gesetzliche Regelungen diesbezüglich sind bei der Bauausführung zu berücksichtigen.
