Die Stadt Leipzig beabsichtigt eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen über die Lieferung von Schulterklappen gemäß Anlage 1 zum § 5 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Sächsischer Feuerwehrverordnung für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr der Stadt Leipzig abzuschließen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung verliert ihre Gültigkeit, unabhängig von der Laufzeit, wenn der finanzielle Höchstwert von 68.300,00 € netto erreicht ist.
