Der Campus Grifflenberg umfasst entsprechend den Veragbeunterlagen beigefügter Türtabelle 1875 Innentüren (Esco, Forster, GEZE, Hörmann, Hueck, Jansen, Lindner, Novoferm, Schannz, Schüco, Tortec) und 186 Feststellanlagen (GEZE, Dorma) verschiedener Hersteller, die sich auf 23 Gebäude und 3 Parkhäuser verteilen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die jährliche Wartung aller Innentüren inklusive zugehöriger Feststellungsanlagen, Rauch- und Deckenmelder, sowie die Aufnahme in eine Türliste laut Anhang Türtabelle Campus Grifflenberg. Diese Türliste wird zur Zeit noch manuell geführt. Zukünftig ist geplant, alle Türen in das bestehende CAFM-Programm (Planon) einzupflegen. Die Wartungsunterlagen müssen dann dementsprechend im CAFM-Programm geführt werden.
