Im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung für das Los 1 "Führungscampus" wird der Dienstleister die Durchführung des Führungscampus der DFS für neue Führungskräfte unterstützen. Die neue Rolle als Führungskraft fordert neue Fähigkeiten - die richtige Balance zwischen Kontrolle und Loslassen, zwischen Fordern und Fördern, zwischen dem eigenen Anspruch und dem der Mitarbeitenden. Der Führungscampus der DFS soll essenzielles Führungs-Basis-Know-How, zentrale Führungsinstrumente und die wesentlichen Kommunikationstools für neue Führungspositionen vermitteln. Der Führungscampus der DFS umfasst fünf Module, die jährlich, im Abstand von jeweils 3 Monaten, stattfinden: Modul 1: Unternehmens- und Führungskultur Modul 2: Selbstführung Modul 3: Leadership Modul 4: Management Modul 5: Change Management und Führung im Wandel Die Module werden im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung vom Dienstleister durchgeführt. DFS-spezifischer Input wird von DFS-internen Spezialisten ergänzt. Aktuell sind zwei bis drei Ve
