Um die Berliner Schulen bei Problemen im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung digitaler Mittel zu unterstützen, hat die Senatsverwaltung je ein Ticketsystem sowohl für das Schulservicezentrum (SSZB) als auch die sogenannten IT-Experten zur Verfügung gestellt. Die bestehenden Lizenzen laufen zum 31.07.2026 aus und sollen verlängert bzw. die Funktionalitäten erweitert werden.
