Leistungsgegenstand ist die Erstellung von Individualcontent für die Mitarbeitenden des Auftraggebers (AG). Als Individualcontent versteht sich kundenspezifisch erstellter Lerncontent, der genau auf die Aufgaben, Lernziele, Rahmenbedingungen und Kultur des AGs zugeschnitten ist. Das Layout und die barrierefreie Benutzeroberfläche müssen so gestaltet sein, dass sie eine hohe Akzeptanz und Motivation fördern und Lernprozesse optimal unterstützen. Die einzelnen Produktionen sind abwechslungsreich und ansprechend zu gestalten, jedoch mit einem klar erkennbaren roten Faden für inhaltliche Struktur und Orientierung. Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das offizielle BA-Logo in sämtlichen Modulen sichtbar eingebunden ist und eindeutig erkennen lässt, dass es sich um ein Qualifizierungsprodukt der BA handelt. Alle aktuellen Bildungsangebote in Form von Trainings und Selbstlernmedien (u. a. Lernprogramme) sowie Kurse zum gemeinsamen Lernen werden aktuell auf der "BA-Lernwelt", dem Learning Managemen
