Es ermöglicht Untersuchungen zu Fortbewegung, Wahrnehmung, Mensch-Roboter-Interaktion, Steuerung und autonomen Entscheidungen unter realitätsnahen Be-dingungen. In der Lehre unterstützt es praxisorientiertes Lernen, während es in der Forschung als flexible Plattform für Experimente, Prototypen und interdiszip-linäre Projekte eingesetzt wird.
