Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Modernisierung der personalwirtschaftlichen Systemlandschaft des Universitätsklinikums Essen durch Migration von SAP HCM auf H4S4 und/oder SAP SuccessFactors. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Konzeption, Systemkonfiguration, Datenmigration, Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft, Change-Management und Schulung bis zum Go-Live (inkl. Hypercare) sowie optional die Unterstützung in der Weiterentwicklungsphase. Näheres kann der Leistungsbeschreibung entnommen werden. Aufgrund technischer Limitierungen werden nachfolgend die Zuschlagskriterien dargestellt: 1. Preis 30% 300 Pkte. 2. Umsetzungskonzept 30% 300 Pkte. 3. Angebotspräsentation und Fallstudie 20% 200 Pkte. 4. Projektteam 20% 200 Pkte. Den Zuschlag erhält derjenige Bieter, dessen Angebot nach Wertung der vorstehen-den Kriterien das wirtschaftlichste ist. Im Rahmen des Zuschlagskriteriums "Preis" erhält der Bieter die maximale Leistungspunktzahl, dessen Angaben für den Auftraggeber den besten
