Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock, Abteilung Migrationsamt plant die Digitalisierung der Papierakten. Die Leistung soll am 01.09.2026 beginnen und bis zum 30.11.2027 abgeschlossen werden. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Digitalisierung von 21.100 laufenden Verfahren mit Papierakten im Umfang von 513 Laufmetern mit voraussichtlich 2.750.000 Seiten.
