Javno naročilo obsega rekonstrukcijo obstoječega lesenega gostinsko-turističnega objekta ter ureditev pripadajočega športno-turističnega območja ob Dravi na Spodnji Muti. Objekt predstavlja unikatno zasnovan montažni leseni paviljon, ki je v celoti izveden iz lesenih konstrukcijskih elementov in umeščen v naravno okolje ob reki Dravi. Posebnost objekta predstavlja visoka večkapna streha z naklonom približno 60°, krita s tradicionalno leseno kritino iz macesnovih skodel. Fasada objekta je izveden
