Diese Förderung ist eine Maßnahme im Rahmen des Programms Energieautonomie Vorarlberg, welches die Energieautonomie des Landes im Jahre 2050 zum Ziel hat. Förderbar ist die Errichtung von Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung (WRG) im Neu- und Altbau durch natürliche und juristische Personen im Bundesland Vorarlberg. Für diese Maßnahme gilt keine Einkommensgrenze.
