Unterstützt werden Investitionen, die die Durchführung wesentlicher qualitätsverbessernder Maßnahmen in der Hotellerie zum Inhalt haben. Nach Fertigstellung muss mindestens die 3-Sterne-Kategorie erreicht werden. Die Förderung wird in Form eines Einmalzuschusses (in der Regel 5 % der förderbaren Kosten) gewährt. Gefördert werden Investitionen in Sachanlagen (Gebäude, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, etc.). Im Zuge des Konjunkturpaketes 2015/2016 kommt es zu einer Erhöhung der Förderung um 2,5 %. Diese
