In der TK soll eine neue zentrale BPM-Software als einheitliche Plattform eingeführt werden. Sie bildet die fachliche und technische Grundlage für Abbildung, Dokumentation und Steuerung der TK-Geschäftsprozesse. Ziel ist, BPM technisch und organisatorisch auf einer zentralen Plattform zu bündeln und das Prozessmanagement konsistent zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln. Der Umfang ergibt sich aus dem Lizenzmodell das Bieters - in den Vergabeunterlagen werden zwei unterschiedliche abgebildet.
