Das Schulgebäude hat eine amorphe Form mit drei Flügeln, die jeweils einen Innenhof haben. Ein Flügel wird 2-geschossig ausgebildet, während die anderen beiden Flügel 3 oberirdische Geschosse erhalten. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Bodenbelagsarbeiten. Es sind ca. 1.400m2 Teppich, 1.600m2 Linoleum, Eingangsmatten sowie ca. 9.000m2 Industrieparkett Bambus geplant.
