Gegenstand der Förderung sind die einmaligen Kosten für die Errichtung und Herstellung von Leerrohren mit oder ohne Glasfaserkabel in Oberösterreich. Ausgangspunkt für die Errichtung ist der nächstgelegene POP/Netzwerkknoten des Providers (Leitungsprovider oder Internetprovider), Endpunkt muss ein weiterer POP/Netzwerkknoten oder ein Netzabschlusspunkt (FTTC/B) sein. Zum Lückenschluss in einer bestehenden Leerrohr-/Glasfaserinfrastruktur kann auch die Errichtung von Leerrohren mit/ohne Glasfaser
