Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Pflege der Anwendung, die Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern, anwendungsbezogenen 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support, die Bearbeitung von Service- und Änderungsanforderungen sowie die Weiterentwicklung auf Grundlage eines durch die HOCHBAHN priorisierten Backlogs. Ebenfalls umfasst sind die Unterstützung bei Release- und Deploymentprozessen, die Pflege relevanter Dokumentation, anwendungsbezogene Sicherheits- und Stabilitätsupdates sowie die Unterstützung bei Störungen im Zusammenspiel mit Schnittstellen und Drittsystemen, insbesondere dem Dokumentenmanagementsystem.
