Das zweigeschossige Hauptgebäude der Gartenarbeitsschule in der Trautener Str. 40, 10318 Berlin wurde 1898 als Gärtnereiwohnhaus in Mauerwerksbauweise errichtet und bis 1966 als Gärtnerei betrieben. Von 1968 bis 1990 wurde die Liegenschaft als Zentralschulgarten, ab 1990als Gartenarbeitsschule im Bezirk Lichtenberg durchgängig genutzt. Bei der geplanten Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um den Abbruch des Hauptgebäudes (BGF 356,85 m²) und den Neubau der Gartenarbeitsschule (BGF 598,34 m²). In Vorbereitung der Baumaßnahme ist vorgesehen, die Grundleistungen der Lph. 2 bis 9 für die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach HOAI 2021 zu vergeben. Termine: LPH 2: bis 11/2026 LPH 3: bis 02/2027 Baubeginn Neubau: 02/2028 Fertigstellung: 11/2028
