Gegenstand des Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe eines aberrationskorrigierten 200 kV Transmissionselektronenmikroskops (S/TEM) einschließlich analytischer Detektorsysteme, Schulung und vollständiger Systemdokumentation. Das System dient als zentrale Analyseplattform für die hochauflösende strukturelle, chemische und elektronische Charakterisierung von Materialien auf atomarer und nanometergenauer Skala. Es wird sowohl für industrielle Auftragsanalytik als auch für wissenschaftliche Forschungsprojekte eingesetzt. Im Institut werden Materialien mit stark variierenden Eigenschaften untersucht, insbesondere Metalle, Legierungen, keramische Werkstoffe, Halbleiter, Beschichtungen, funktionale Schichtsysteme sowie nanostrukturierte Materialien. Die Proben unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich Geometrie, Stabilität gegenüber Elektronenstrahlbelastung sowie analytischer Fragestellungen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf: - hochau
