Das Los umfasst die Implementierung von Einkauf und Materialwirtschaft für die Transformation von SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 nach SAP S/4HANA. Die Leistung beginnt mit der Feinkonzeption der jeweiligen Fachfunktionen gemeinsam mit dem Auftraggeber. Darauf aufbauend erfolgt das Customizing und die Implementierung, also die Umsetzung der Konzeption im SAP-System durch Customizing, Entwicklungen, Schnittstellen und technische Konfiguration. Hinzu kommt die Aufbereitung, also die Vorbereitung von System- und Projektdaten für Tests, Migrationen und Schulungen. Ergänzend ist als optionale Leistung das SAP Application Management im Anschluss an die Migration Gegenstand des Loses. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, den jeweils die Migration durchführenden Auftragnehmer auch mit dem Application Management zu betrauen, und entscheidet über den Abruf dieser optionalen Leistung vor Abschluss der Migration. Der hierfür zu schließende EVB-IT Dienstvertrag läuft zunächst über zwei Jahre, beginnend mit dem Go Live z
