Die IHK Pfalz beabsichtigt, eine marktübliche CRM-Software zu beschaffen (Miete), die den Anforderungen der modernen Mitgliederbetreuung und Veranstaltungsorganisation gerecht wird. Die neue Lösung soll eine umfassende Integration mit bestehenden Systemen ermöglichen und gleichzeitig den höchsten Standards der DSGVO-Konformität entsprechen. Die Lösung soll benutzerfreundlich und mobil zugänglich sein und während der Mietzeit skalierbar und anpassbar bleiben. Hinsichtlich der Details wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
