Im Rahmen der Maßnahme wird ein Schulneubau mit Mensa und 12 Klassenräumen errichtet. Die Heizungsanlage des Schulneubaus besteht aus einer 3er Kaskade von Luft Wasser-Wärmepumpen, die auf dem Dach des Gebäudes zur Aufstellung gelangen. Die Sanitärinstallation umfasst sämtliche Anlagen und Installationen für die Trink-, und Abwasserinstallation im Neubau der Schule
