Der Landkreis Unstrut-Hainich beabsichtigt die Vergabe einer hochverfügbaren Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-basierten VoIP-Telekommunikationslösung. Gegenstand der Leistung sind die Bereitstellung der Plattform einschließlich Softclients und Endgeräten sowie sämtliche Leistungen zur Migration, zum Betrieb und zum Support. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Einführung einer zentralen, virtuellen und mandantenfähigen VoIP-Kommunikationsplattform zur vollständigen Ablösung der bestehenden analogen und digitalen Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur.
