Los 3 - Künstliche Intelligenz (KI-Chatbot und Gästeberatungssystem) - Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere: 1. KI-Chatbot und Sprachassistent: Bereitstellung eines visualisierten, sprachgesteuerten Chatbots mit 24/7-Echtzeitberatung in mindestens DE, EN, NL und FR. 2. KI-Plattform: Der Auftragnehmer muss die angebotene Plattform selbst entwickeln, betreiben und weiterentwickeln. 3. Protokollierung und Transparenz: Jede durch den KI-Agenten ausgeführte Aktion ist vollständig und strukturiert zu protokollieren (Prozessschritte, Datenquellen, Parameter, Ergebnisse). 4. Modellneutralität: Das eingesetzte Sprachmodell muss zur Laufzeit ohne Systemausfall, ohne Datenverlust und ohne Anpassung der Wissensdatenbank austauschbar sein. 5. Integration: Die Lösung muss plattform- und DMS-neutral betrieben werden können. 6. Mehrfacheinbindung: Die parallele Einbindung des Chatbots und der hybriden Suche auf mindestens fünf unabhängigen Einbindungsumgebungen
