Die Sonderprüfung erstreckt sich auf die Beurteilung, ob das Institut über solide Regelungen für die Unternehmensführung und -kontrolle verfügt. Es soll insbesondere geprüft werden, ob das Institut über eine klare Organisationsstruktur mit genau abgegrenzten, transparenten und kohärenten Verantwortungsbereichen, eine angemessene Vergütungspolitik sowie angemessener Kontrollmechanismen gem. Art. 26 Abs. 1 CSDR verfügt. Detaillierte Informationen finden sich in den Vergabeunterlagen unter § 2 des Vertrags.
