Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit und die gemeinsamen Einrichtungen zahlen im gesetzlichen Auftrag Geld an Leistungsempfangende aus. Geldleistungen sind grundsätzlich unbar durch Überweisung auf ein Bankkonto auszuzahlen. Zur Versorgung von Leistungsempfangenden nach dem SGB II und SGB III mit Bargeld in finanziellen Notlagen braucht die BA eine Lösung als Ersatz für die wegfallende Barzahlungsmöglichkeit mittels Auszahlschein mit Barcode. Beschaffungsgegenstand ist daher der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen für Betrieb, Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer Bar-Auszahlungsmöglichkeit für ca. 20.000 Aus- und Einzahlungen pro Monat inkl. Service und Support.
