Die Stadt Sindelfingen I Sport- und Bäderamt plant den Ersatzneubau des Badezentrums Sindelfingen mit ergänzenden Profitcentern am Standort des heutigen Hallenbads, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Freibades. Das Badezentrum soll als Sport- und Familienbad inkl. Saunabereich konzipiert werden. Für das Badezentrum Sindelfingen mit Gastronomie und Sauna wird nach dem aktuellen Stand von geschätzten Kosten in Höhe von 84,0 Mio. EUR (netto) für die KG 300 - 700 ausgegangen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die Fachplanungsleistungen nach § 51 HOAI für das Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung (Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6).
