Der Ersatzneubau umfasst den Bau einer zusammenhängenden Kunststoffbelagsfläche mit zwei Basketballanlagen, zwei Tennisfeldern, zwei Handballfeldern und vier Volleyballfeldern. Zusätzlich soll ein Beachvolleyballfeld und eine Kugelstoßanlage errichtet werden. Der Schulbetrieb läuft während der Baumaßnahme als Normalbetrieb.
