Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession an einen Vertragspartner über die professionelle Umsetzung, Weiterentwicklung und Vermarktung für den technischen, kaufmännischen und operativen Betrieb der Münchner Gästekarte. Gegenstand der Konzession ist die Konzeption, Finanzierung, Umsetzung, der Betrieb, die Vermarktung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer offiziellen Münchner Gästekarte als touristisches Produkt zur Förderung des Tourismusstandorts München. Die Konzession umfasst die vollständige wirtschaftliche, technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für das Gästekartenangebot. Der Konzessionär trägt das wesentliche Betriebs- und Nachfragerisiko. Die Umsetzung und der Betrieb der Gästekarten erfolgen durch den Bieter auf eigenes Risiko und auf eigene Kosten. Eine Verlustbeteiligung der Landeshauptstadt München ist ausgeschlossen.
