La présente consultation concerne l'exécution des prestations de : - Surveillance/interventions sur les sites 24h/24h 7j/7j et ouverture et fermeture des locaux - Surveillance de sécurité et sécurité incendie sur certains sites - Télésurveillance des sites de l'Université d'Angers et de prestations connexes. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre « composite » conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations forfaitaires de surveillance, sécurité incendie et télésurveillance des sites de l'Université d'Angers décrites à l'annexe 1 de l'acte d'engagement Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire La partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande » concerne les prestations hors forfait décrites à l'annexe 2 de l'acte d'engagement. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1
