VINNMER
The long-term objective of the VINNMER programme is to contribute, in the coming generational changes in Swedish research, to the presence of significantly more research-qualified individuals who can become future leaders of universities and colleges at universities/colleges, centre groupings, research institutes and companies. One systemic weakness which has been identified is that relatively few women are qualifying in comparison with men. For this reason, the VINNMER programme is being implemented in order to promote women’s qualification routes.
