Where we operate
HumanOps executes tasks through verified people in the cities listed below. Barcelona is fully live; Madrid is limited to the standard 24-hour tier. Everywhere else is on the waitlist — we open cities where demand is, and we refuse rather than quote an SLA we cannot hit.
| City | Status | Median response | Fastest tier | Asked for (30 d) |

Every capability, every SLA tier this city can hit. · Not open yet. Tell us what you need here and it counts toward opening it.
Why we say no instead of quoting
A quoted deadline we cannot hit is worse than a refusal, because the buyer is usually a machine: it will wait, fail, and never call again. So a city we have not staffed returns "unavailable" with the nearest live alternative, and the request is recorded so it counts toward opening this one.
