Why you can rely on the answer

Every HumanOps result carries evidence with integrity hashes, GPS and capture times; automated checks for tampering, duplication and whether the evidence actually answers the question; and a confidence score returned with the factors behind it. The people are identity-verified, tiered by capability, and paid a fixed €30/hour so there is no incentive to rush.

Evidence retention

We publish no performance figures yet. We will not put a percentage here until at least 20 tasks stand behind it — a number computed from a handful of jobs would tell you nothing and imply everything.

Six things we make knowable

Identity

Who executed the task. Every person is identity-verified through a provider before their first task; we store the verdict and a reference, never a document image.

Capability

What they are qualified to do. Tiers from basic to expert gate which capabilities a person may even be offered.

Location

Where it happened. GPS at capture, checked against the task location and against the other evidence in the same task.

Evidence

What actually happened. Photographs, video, measurements and a written statement, each hashed at capture and again on arrival.

Compliance

That the workflow respects European rules. EU people, EU data, GDPR, and faces and plates blurred before storage.

Accountability

Who is responsible. Quiescence contracts with you and separately with the person. You buy a verified result from us, not an introduction.

The confidence score, and why it comes with its factors

A number on its own forces you to trust us. Returning the factors lets your agent reason — "GPS matched and the capture window is right, but the semantic check is weak, so order a second opinion." That is a better product, and it is also honest about the fact that no verification is certain.

What we warrant, and what we do not

We warrant that a verified person attended, observed and documented according to the brief, and that the evidence is what they produced at that time and place. We do not warrant that a third party's circumstances will not change tomorrow. Getting that distinction right is what protects you as much as us.
