What the work actually is
Someone — often a company, sometimes an AI system doing research — needs to know something that cannot be established from a website. You go and find out.
Go somewhere and look
Confirm a business is open and operating, photograph an entrance, check whether a sign is still there.
Measure something
A doorway, a shelf height, a clearance — with a tape measure and a photograph of it in place.
Ask a question
Call a business, or ask at a counter, and write down the answer accurately.
Document what you find
Photographs with the app, a short written statement, and the numbers you were asked for.
What we will not ask you to do
- Follow, photograph or gather information about a particular person
- Enter anyone's home, or private property without permission
- Pretend to be an official, an inspector, or an employee of any organisation
- Anything requiring a licence or qualification you do not hold
- Anything you feel is unsafe — you can abort a task at any point and still be paid the call-out
How it works for you
You are self-employed
You invoice us, or we self-bill with your agreement. You are not an employee and you are free to work for anyone else, including our competitors.
No shifts, no quotas
Offers arrive; you accept or you do not. Declining costs you nothing — not a score, not a ranking, not future offers.
The pay is on the offer
Every offer shows the payout, the expected duration and the deadline before you accept. Nothing is negotiated afterwards.
Decisions are explainable
If something automated affects your rating or your pay, you can see why and ask a person to review it.
You need ID verification
A one-off identity check before your first task. We keep the result and a reference — never a copy of your document.
Register from anywhere in the world
We only dispatch tasks where we have enough verified people to meet a deadline, which today means Barcelona and Madrid. Registration is open everywhere. That is not a courtesy: when a customer asks for work in your city we would rather already know you than start recruiting from nothing, and where people register is how we decide which city to open next. Tell us where you are, even if it is nowhere near Spain.
Registering is not an application to a specific job and creates no obligation on either side. We will write when there is real work near you.
What you need
- To be legally allowed to work as a self-employed person in your country
- A smartphone with a camera and location
- To be over 18 and to pass a one-off identity check
- To write clearly enough that someone who was not there can follow what you found
No particular experience. Care and accuracy matter more than speed — the whole product is that the answer can be trusted.

Questions
How much work is there?
Honestly: not much yet. We are opening Barcelona first and building demand alongside supply. We would rather tell you that than have you sign up expecting full-time hours. The waitlist figures on this page are real.
When do I get paid?
Monthly by default, weekly above a threshold, with a €25 minimum carried forward. The task page shows what you are owed as soon as the work is verified.
What if the evidence is rejected?
You are told exactly which check failed and why, and a person reviews it if you disagree. If the task genuinely could not be completed — the place had closed, the item was not there — you are still paid: a well-documented "no" is a real answer and it is what the customer bought.
Is this like Uber or Glovo?
The economics are different: fixed rate per hour of work rather than per delivery, no algorithm ranking you into more hours, and no penalty for declining. Whether that suits you is your call, but we are not going to describe it as something it is not.
Can I do this alongside another job?
Yes. That is what most of the first cohort will be doing, and the model assumes it.
