Cos'è Il Bando Disegni+2021 promosso dalla Direzione Generale per la tutela della proprietà industriale - UIBM del Ministero dello sviluppo economico e gestito dall’Unioncamere, intende sostenere la capacità innovativa e competitiva delle PMI attraverso la valorizzazione dei disegni/modelli sui mercati nazionale e internazionale. Le risorse finanziarie del Bando Disegni+2021 ammontano a 12.000.000 euro. A chi si rivolge Micro e PMI aventi sede legale e operativa in Italia, titolari di disegni/modelli registrati. Cosa prevede Oggetto dell’agevolazione è la realizzazione di un progetto finalizzato alla valorizzazione di un disegno/modello - singolo o di uno o più disegni/modelli appartenenti al medesimo deposito multiplo. Il disegno/modello deve essere registrato presso l’Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi (UIBM) o l’Ufficio dell’Unione europea per la Proprietà Intellettuale (EUIPO) o l’Organizzazione Mondiale per la Proprietà Intellettuale (OMPI).
