Cos'è Brevetti+ è l’incentivo finalizzato all'acquisto di servizi specialistici per la valorizzazione economica di un brevetto in termini di redditività, produttività e sviluppo di mercato. Rivolto alle micro, piccole e medie imprese, Brevetti+ è stato rifinanziato per il 2021 con una dotazione di 23 milioni di euro. A chi si rivolge Le agevolazioni sono rivolte alle micro, piccole e medie imprese, anche appena costituite, con sede legale e operativa in Italia, che possiedono almeno uno dei seguenti requisiti: - titolari o licenziatari di un brevetto per invenzione industriale concesso in Italia successivamente al 1 gennaio 2017 - titolari di una domanda nazionale di brevetto per invenzione industriale depositata successivamente al 1 gennaio 2017 con un rapporto di ricerca con esito “non negativo” - titolari di una domanda di brevetto europeo o di una domanda internazionale di brevetto depositata successivamente al 1 gennaio 2017, con un rapporto di ricerca con esito “non negativo” che
