Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Infrastrukturplanung im Rahmen des Neubaus Zentralklinikum - 2. Bauabschnitt am Universitätsklinikum Bonn. Das Universitätsklinikum Bonn (UKB) errichtet als Maximalversorger mit rund 1.300 Betten einen Ersatzneubau für das Operative Zentrum als zweiten Bauabschnitt des neuen Zentralklinikums. Der Neubau entsteht im funktionalen Zusammenhang mit dem bereits im Bau befindlichen Herzzentrum (1. Bauabschnitt) im zentralen Bereich des Venusberg-Campus. Das Gebäude umfasst Erdgeschoss, vier Obergeschosse sowie ein Untergeschoss und beinhaltet u. a. einen Zentral-OP mit 16 OP-Sälen, Intensivpflege mit 48 Betten, Allgemeinpflege mit 130 Betten, Ambulanzflächen sowie CT- und MRT-Diagnostik. Die geplante Nutzfläche beträgt ca. 17.000 m². Das Gesamtbudget der Maßnahme (KG 100-700) liegt bei ca. 278 Mio. EUR brutto. Die ausgeschriebenen Planungsleistung umfasst die Infrastrukturplanung.
